Aside from the current abuse in getting unrealistic lateral movement when combined with puck protect, vision control is the best it's been in years. Being able to face the puck carrier as a defender at all times is amazing, not to mention offensively being able to face the net to take a shot, make a pass, etc.

yes we can keep the "VSION CONTROL" to the L2 but the skating on L2 needs to go

Gotta agree. Being able to mohawk and angle yourself towards the puck/goalie was a good addition. The problem OP seems to be referring to is a glitch that the team's been made aware of, it's not an intentional return of LT abuse.

What's super annoying is you have to use it to compete in hut champs. Last year the Michigan was terrible but you didn't need to abuse it to win. I feel like a total rat using it. Can never understand people that enjoy abusing broken mechanics to win. Another thing I noticed when doing it close to the net, is the goalies spaz out and you got an easy left, right, goal. The sad part is I'm skating right at them with it and he can't touch me and when the opponent does it too, you can't touch him 😂
