Matchmaking update please

This is really destroying the game. Most games end up with the other team quitting. We are 3 and always matched with 2s. We are not that good but can't find a way to loose a game... The matchmaking is completely broken.

Can we please get an update on what is being done to solve the matchmaking issues?
