Missing nhl24 content
I pre-ordered nhl 25 last night and still have not received the card pack for Hughes Brothers in nhl 24, is there a fix for this?

I have the exact same issue...Is there anything I should be doing? I've completely closed out the game twice and restarted over the last 6 hours and still nothing.

Hi there. I'm not aware of the current status of this, but it was being investigated yesterday. Has the pack shown up yet for you?
Nothing as of 10:35a today. Not sure what I am supposed to do.

I confirmed this should be resolved. Can you exit out of NHL 24 and load back into it again to see if that pack shows up?

Can you verify the purchase was made on the same Xbox/PS account you play NHL 24 on?
Yes the purchase was made on the same ps5 that I play nhl 24 on, I've reloaded the game multiple times turned it off and back on etc and nothing has worked, I purchased nhl 25 deluxe version 3 days ago now.. still nothing
