network connection problem

Community ManagerHi there. I'm not aware of any issues currently. Try power cycling your network equipment by unplugging your modem/router for 2 minutes. Also, hard restart your console by holding in the power button until it turns off. Then, turn everyone back and try playing again. Thanks!

I already did that and also reset the xbox and reinstalled the game
