New Patch tomorrow and still no....
Fixes for Icon Passing in EASHL..... Guess we got are answer if this was going to be fixed before NHL 26 my guess this is the final patch of the year.... What a shame

Skipped 25 and hated how slow and rather useless it was last year so I'm unfamiliar with what's wrong with icon passing now? IIRC, the game usually gets an update in March as well so there might still be hope.

Icon passing is one of the most useful tools introduced to the game in years.
This year, an early update killed the feature causing it to become disabled. After re-enabling the feature in-game, the icons would persist for a game or two and then disappear again.
The official response has been "We'll have to wait and see if it gets fixed". Strategic ambiguity to appease shareholders, but a pure non-answer for us forum sleuths.
Yeah it’s pretty unacceptable that this still hasn’t been fixed after a few months now. Absolutely atrocious that a core gameplay feature only works a small percentage of the time.
It's OK guys they added some completely irrelevant no-show league uniforms so technically they did something.
You can check the previous years games patch notes after January and you would see that there is very little technical fixes. I don't see why this game would be any different.
Where is the patch note?? I just downloaded a 5G patch, what was it?

I am wondering why they choose to fix so many things, but not the penalty problems in the game. CPU takes very few penalties, which means few power plays. While the user is constantly shorthanded. And the slides don't work.
It's a global setting, meaning if you turn it down for online it also lowers it for offline. Last year we found this out when the AI was taking too many penalties online and they said it was not possible to completely turn them off without it affecting offline.
