In order to get this out as quickly as possible, we needed to release what is essentially an emergency patch targeted at the critical issues introduced with the 1.3.0 patch. We don't have any updates on anything not mentioned in the 1.3.1 patch notes.

Why this newest error thing in matchmaking is not emergency? Instead players creating new accounts because of this problem.

I am amazed that even this is not emergency. Instead icon passing which is missing graphics but its working? is emergency. In my eyes this should be opposite. Icon passing graphichs could wait and matchmaking error should be fixed immediately because it affects to playing this game on a large scale.
Community ManagerI don't recall saying anything about a matchmaking fix coming in January. We are looking at improving matchmaking, but there is no ETA on that.
Well maybe you should get an ETA. It's **bleep** ridiculous to begin with. The fact the game will be 6 months old by the time the fix comes is even more ridiculous.
Honestly Make an emergency patch for Matchmaking. Put the option of Match clubsize and match goalie back in the game.last night we literally searched for 2v2 for over 15 minutes. Last year it took all of 1min-2min max anytime of day. Why the h*** would you remove these options from the game? It literally worked . Absolutely No reason to remove it. It was like last year when you guys removed hybrid control why would you ever do that? Even if people didnt use these options they should still be there. Every year you take one step forward ten steps back.
Remove prebuilds from eashl
Put hitting back to how it was on previous years. The hitting on this game is trash

But this upcoming patch Need matchmaking we shouldn't have to search for a game have to backout 20 times to find a club with the same amount of players. Stop removing and changing things that work that create zero issues if they are in the game or not. I get you need to be able to make a game every year for your job. Just add little things and stop removing things. Simple!
We couldve lived without pwhl addition. We want better gameplay. Couldve lived without Arcade mode. We Want a game that works properly 2 months in... We could definitely live without the game going completely woke. We Just want Hockey. We dont need to be told how to think.Most of your community are people who've played for years. If i came in the form and gone on a political rant youd ban me from the form. Stop putting it in the game. Simple. Thank you.
There is no emergency. They mislead consumers and pocketed the money. They will make changes for 26 and wonder where the community went when the sales flop even worse. It was a deliberate attempt to pickpocket consumers, plain and simple, otherwise a fix would have been implemented.
