- Amount of one timer goals is insane, or the 2 on 1 pass over where either you score 95% of the time or the other opponent online rams you out of the way with no interference penalty.
- Super speed. Couldn’t get back on D with a fresh Cale Makar, blown out of the water by Jason Zucker in speed, just crazy. It’s like guys randomly just get turbo boosts on here out of nowhere.
- Goaltending is atrocious, basically like a fish out of water is the only way I can describe it.
- Passing does not function correctly. Players are wide open and pass will go in a completely different direction.
- Just completely outplaying an opponent to be burned by garbage over and over again.
I could continue on with this list but this game is primarily the same as last year and should have never even been offered for $70 bucks. I don’t even think this game was worth it for the $35. It’s honestly really sad seeing what EA sports has become. The NHL game is the new NBA Live. The difference though is that there is no competition. When Live became the same repetitive thing year after year with minor tweaks, EA lost their remaining gameplay fans to NBA 2K. Until another competitor comes along we are stuck with the same old crap year after year.
