Amount of one timer goals is insane
Skill issue.
Super speed. Couldn’t get back on D with a fresh Cale Makar, blown out of the water by Jason Zucker in speed, just crazy
Skill issue. Allowing your opponent to generate speed through the neutral zone is a rookie mistake.
Goaltending is atrocious, basically like a fish out of water is the only way I can describe it.
Goaltending can only react to the opportunities you allow your opponent to have. There's no doubt there is the odd goalie glitch, but in 25 games you'd have likely only encountered 2-3 times where the goalie was actually making an unintended motion, save, etc. So again, sill issue.
Passing does not function correctly
Yes it does. This is 100% a skill issue.
Just completely outplaying an opponent to be burned by garbage over and over again.
Can't capitalize on your chances and can't stop an opponent from beating you? Skil issue.
Kid, please with the skill issue… There are clear bugs in the game.. Passing is online very buggy, so it’s not 100% skill issue. They broke something this year. You can charge pass and point up and it goes to 9 o’clock. Heck even the icon passes won’t go where pointed them. Then theres issue if you have two players lined up, the first player is wide open to receive the pass but the decided that i must have wanted to pass the guy far behind whose guarded by two opponents.
These issues are less clear offline, but they are there.
Passing is online very buggy
It's not. You're going to be inaccurate sometimes. Icon based passing is there as a skill you can master to get even more accurate passing. Failing to properly adjust your online pass assist meter, failing to effectively utilize icon-based passing and failing to adjust your right-stick movement for more accurate passing is a skill issue.

Skill issue. Icon-based passing is literally 100% success rate, so long as you're not throwing blatantly into traffic.

You need to adjust the online pass assist for your style of play. For some people, 100% causes major issues. For others, 0% makes passing perfect. The rest of us fall in-between, but it takes time and patience to discover the perfect setting for you.

I’ve been playing this series since 94, so I think I know what I’m talking about.. I used to play this series with pass assist set to 0-25 successfully. This year i have settled 75. Tried anything between 0-100, yet still the game seems to take over the intended pass direction or choose another player instead, same with pass assist. This happened last year, but this year it has been visibly worse.
I’m not alone with the issue. Theres been talk about it in finnish esports forums too, and those are the top players. Go tell those guys its skill issue.please stop belittling everyone with skill issue

What evidence can you provide that shows it's the game performing a miscalculation and not an errant movement on your right stick?

"Top Players" complaining about passing is of zero interest to me. They think because they can no longer sauce backhand from behind their back tape-to-tape that passing is "broken".
You need to be purposeful with your passing this year. No longer can you just pass & pray and get lucky. Passing takes timing, skill and precision. When we ask for more control, this also means a bigger window for error. Again, a skill issue.
