NHL25 transfer to NHL26?
Do your online stats, player attributes, etc from World of CHEL transfer from NHL25 to NHL26? Or do I have to do a complete rebuild of my player?

I obviously can't say for certain it won't happen, but it seems unlikely. As far as I can recall the only thing that's ever transferred from one year to the next in EASHL/WOC was the prebuilds people unlocked in NHL 24 transferring to 25.
Transferring custom builds from one year to the next would likely run into problems. There's no guarantee that the point distribution in a custom build in NHL 25 would even be valid for the same archetype in NHL 26. There's also no way of being sure that things like X-Factors will be the same as in previous years. Sometimes X-Factors are removed for example.
Covering all the edge cases where a transfer could be problematic probably isn't worth it. Especially considering putting a build together is a very small time investment for the player.
