Yes, I have gone through 2 advisors that were not able to help with the problem. I cannot access the information needed for security because my email no longer works. Once again, a simple login screen would do wonders. I've been dealing with this issue for years, and I've seen many others with the same problem.

Community ManagerThey should be able to verify ownership without you having access to the email. They'll ask some questions and if you can answer them correctly, they should be able to verify ownership and update the email.
