You're not supposed to be able to see the trade list for players on other teams, only players on your own team. Prior to Thursday's patch there was a bug allowing you to see everybody's list... the patch fixed that. If you're not seeing the list for players on your team, that would be a bug.
So before when we saw everyone’s trade list even on players on different teams that was a bug?
