Eki said in his stream that EA has only 10 employees in the NHL team.
In comparison: FIFA team has 30 employees.
I dont play FIFA myself but friends have been saying how that game also get worse every year.
So its not at all surprising that this game is not being fixed or updated.
Major updates in particular are very challenging if there are no employees, i mean skilled employees. I still wonder what kind of people work at EA when they cant fix even very basic things.
This game is really broken and contains a large number of bugs. This game should never been released. This is not even beta. Maybe EA could move to developing just one game? Instead of releasing a new version every year. Or release a game once every two / three years.
EA_Aljosaid that critical things are the most important but for example the matchmaking is still broken. My opinion is that this if anything is important and critical. We still have problems with this every single night. This is so frustrating. As usual, they said they were "aware of the issue." They dont want to try fix it because they are afraid that something bigger will break. We have been sitting in the lobby or searching up a game for longer than we have been able to play this game. This is not a joke.
I feel a bit sorry for the EA staff. It must not be nice to read this forum when positive feedback is hard to find. But hopefully this will make you think that this is a complete failure and some big changes need to be made in the future.
