Option to switch Left stick speed boost

Now I just have to get used to the paddle 😂 

It took a bit for me, but wasn't long before it became second nature. I originally made the change when we switch the Skill Stick controls so that clicking down it was the fake shot. Or reverse hit. I forget which was which. One was on the right stick. I kept accidentally triggering those moves and they drove me crazy. I actually think I prefer hustle being on the left paddle now though.
