packet loss

hi i have big packet loss but only in NHL25 every other game is good. On PC is everything fine too.  My ping is good too

Hi im from Slovakia and im on wired connection but its only on Europe Central servers when we play EASH Clubs on North Europe Servers its ok. This issue have a lot of people on Slovakia can you do something ?

This is an issue we've been seeing from people in Slovakia. I have reported it, but it doesn't seem like something we're going to be able to resolve as we have not seen it coming from our servers.
