Matthew Mayich who players for Ottawa 67s 19yo drafted by St Louis 2023 has no contract. When starting a franchise he is auto signed to a one year $0.775 contract for 24-25 then 25-26 he's RFA. This bumps St Louis' contracts to 51 so it bumps Suter off the team to FA for the 50 contracts.
