Players randomly losing X-Factors/Abilities during the season

What’s happening to me is instead of being able to activate 3 X factor, ability, players, and other players with full-time abilities. It’s only letting me activate one out of 3 X factor ability players and it’s telling me I’m using 3  already in my defensive lineup.
