They actually sent me  the same code that didn't work with the first playtest ,and it worked, but it says when I try to load the  actual game it says 

This xbox profile does not have access to this game 

I only have one profile 

Servers aren't online until 10am PDT (12p central)

It appears if you didn't receive one you won't be getting one unfortunately. First year I won't be getting one as well. Wish they were a little more vocal about these codes and how they select who gets one and who doesn't. And there is zero ways to contact anyone to get any information. Guess I will just enjoy some sunlight this weekend haha.

Just got mine like an hour ago. But I cant get into a game

Can’t redeem cause of region availability.  US PSN 

and when trying in browser if goes to the app and says code already used. 

Exact same problem here makes no sense…
