I tried using the link you provided since I’m having the same issue. It’s saying that I may need to try to redeem on a different device or that I may be ineligible to redeem. On my Xbox it is saying that something isn’t right and to try again later. I contacted the retailer I bought it from and they claimed that EA knows about this issue and is working to fix it, but I don’t know if that’s true.
I'm not aware of this being an issue. It sounds like there is an issue with that code. Unfortunately, that's not something we can assist with You'll need to contact the retailer again to see if they can help.

You guys wouldn't be able to just send me a new code? I can provide proof of purchase. Microsoft and Target customer service have been useless so far.

Unfortunately, we're not able to replace codes that were purchased from a 3rd party retailer.

I am having the same issue with my pre-order code, I dealt with Walmart (where I preordered) customer service and they supplied me with a 2nd code that gives the error messages.
