Community ManagerI'm not aware of this being an issue. It sounds like there is an issue with that code. Unfortunately, that's not something we can assist with You'll need to contact the retailer again to see if they can help.
I am having the same issue with my pre-order code, I dealt with Walmart (where I preordered) customer service and they supplied me with a 2nd code that gives the error messages.
