It was great news when EA Sports announced that they were adding the PWHL to NHL 25. At the same time, I realized that there are some things in player creation that should be updated.
Player height: When we now create players in NHL 25, minum height for the player is 5'5" (165 cm) and maximum height for the player is 6'9" (206cm) in player creation. I think minimum height should be 4'11" (150cm) and maximum height should be 6'9" (206 cm) or 7'0" (213 cm). For example Kendall Coyne Schofield is 5'2" (157cm) tall and the another example Hall of Fame player and finnish female hockey legend Riikka Sallinen is 5'4" (163cm) tall. Like examples show 4'11" (150cm) would be better minimum height in player creation.
Player weight: When we now create players in NHL 25, minum weight for the player is 120 lbs (54,4 kg) and maximum weight for the player is 290 lbs (131,5 kg) in player creation. I think minimum height should be 90 lbs (40,8 kg) and maximum weight should be 290 lbs(131,5 kg). For example Boston Fleet player Taylor Girard is 115 lbs (52,1 kg) and Japanese national team player Yumeka Wajima is 106 lbs (48,0 kg) . Like examples show 90 lbs (40,8) would be better minimum weight in player creation.
