EA_Aljo It was great news when EA Sports announced that they were adding the PWHL to NHL 25. At the same time, I realized that there are some things in player creation that should be updated.Player height: When we now create players in NHL 25, minum height for the player is 5'5" (165 cm) and maximum height for the player is 6'9" (206cm) in player creation. I think minimum height should be 4'11" (150cm) and maximum height should be 6'9" (206 cm) or 7'0" (213 cm). For example Kendall Coyne Schofield is 5'2" (157cm) tall and the another example Hall of Fame player and finnish female hockey legend Riikka Sallinen is 5'4" (163cm) tall. Like examples show 4'11" (150cm) would be better minimum height in player creation.Player weight: When we now create players in NHL 25, minum weight for the player is 120 lbs (54,4 kg) and maximum weight for the player is 290 lbs (131,5 kg) in player creation. I think minimum height should be 90 lbs (40,8 kg) and maximum weight should be 290 lbs(131,5 kg). For example Boston Fleet player Taylor Girard is 115 lbs (52,1 kg) and Japanese national team player Yumeka Wajima is 106 lbs (48,0 kg) . Like examples show 90 lbs (40,8) would be better minimum weight in player creation.

The jerseys won't show up without them being downloaded. From the main menu, go to More > Rosters. Choose the online roster for December 3rd and then hit Yes to download it.

PWHL in season mode will be great!!But I guess we will not be able to edit player ratings etc before going into the season mode.So we have to trust in EA´s choice of player raitings for these teams.....And EA are so GREAT at that for mens player ratings ;)

I don't know why you're not seeing those jerseys. Downloading the roster has worked for everyone else mentioning this. What console are you on?

I'm looking into the choice pack issue you're reporting. I'll let you know when I have an update.

I checked on the pack and it should be in the store for you. I'm not seeing other reports that it's missing. Are you sure you didn't open it?

For the jersey's, I don't even know what I'm looking for. The international league has always been there, so I'm expecting to find something different.
As for the choice pack, it's possible I've already collected it. I'm not the only one who uses this system or account. How could I confirm that I have the item I chose from that pack in my collection?

You would need to get an advisor to investigate your account to confirm it was opened and the item was received. Cases can be opened by following the instructions here.

Where are you wanting to use those PWHL jerseys? It depends which mode you're in for finding them.

The PWHL stuff has been there since its release on the 5th, it's the 4 Nations that I'm confused about.
Where do you look for these things?
I now realize that the part on top says early 2025, but the choice pack on the bottom says available immediately.

If you're only missing that pack, you'll need to contact an advisor so they can investigate your account and see if it was received or not. Usually, free packs are available in the store so most likely you would have had to collect it there. We're not getting other reports this was missing.

Glad this finally got sorted out this week.
Apparently they did not mean redeemable immediately at the time that message was sent, what they actually meant by "immediately redeemable" was that they're redeemable once you get them... which, in my mind is obvious, because of course they're redeemable when you give them to us. Why wouldn't they be?
