Question marks on player overall and stats

I just finished a season on franchise mode and went into the draft. Everyone in the draft who has been picked by the teams have question marks on their stats. How do you fix this? I tried to advance and possibly sign players but there is no way to tell how good they are.

    Did you turn fog-of-war on?  If so, you have to scout players to determine their overall and attributes, even your own players.

    Good call. I had fog of war on and scouted. For some reason, the rest of the settings under it like potential was set off.
