Huh? It's not the option to leave a game and come back, it's coming back after you've been disconnected by the servers. No one is choosing to get kicked from games and be at a blatant disadvantage.

Community ManagerSomeone could choose to leave the game for a bit by disconnecting their internet. I just don't see this being legitimately used 100% of the time.
If that's your guys excuse every time then might as well stop developing anything new as it will be abused.

We're aware of the requests to have this. It's just not something we can simply add and we have to consider how it could be exploited. Which is something we have to think about with most any feature.
I'm also not saying this is the reason it's not happening. It's very possible this would cause a stability issue and desynch the game.When would there be an advantage to having a cpu in your place? Not looking to argue that there isn't a time but I can't think of one. I'm sure you guys have had more discussions so maybe I'm just not considering something.
Desync I could see, but it seems like after a stoppage or a timeout or after a period or something it could be done.
I've started lots of games where someone gets kicked. Or a teammate gets online after we've already started a game and has to wait for us to finish. Seems like it would be a nice addition but not at the top of my list of needed improvements.
