Thinking along the BAP line. And the Janky system that is likely used to determine penalties...?
Where this idea dies is the subjectiveness to that type of position? Too Broad, calling stuff that isn't there. To TOO Narrow. And yeah? How you make a Game for that? What would be the GOAL?
Would be INTERESTING though?
