RP in WOC makes no sense
Played a team of 3, there were 1 blue diamond and 2 gold 1s. We won 4-3. We got 180ish RP? Then we lose to a team of 4, all silvers and lost nearly 800 RP. Make it make sense.

In a nutshell, gaining or losing RP is based on the difference between the RP of the players on your team and the players on the other team. The bigger the difference the more RP you'll gain/lose for a win/loss. I don't think EA's ever released the exact math involved but that's the gist of it.
If the RP of you and your teammates match your opponent's RP you'll win or lose roughly 400 RP on that match. As the gap in RP widens you'll win less and lose more for a game. If there's a large discrepancy ( say you're team's RP averages 30000 and your opponent is 20000 ) you'll gain practically nothing and stand to lose a ton.
