Running into goalie goals
Why is this still a thing? I notice a lot of goals still going in when opposing player just skates into my goalie with out even shooting nor does it get waived off.

What is or isn't goalie interference is a bit of a crapshoot in the EA NHL games. Has been for years. A bit like the real NHL 😄 This is apparently a good goal. It was probably allowed because the shot happened just before the contact, but I don't think that puck goes in if the player doesn't bowl over the goalie.

Yep this and when they literally just skate into the goalie, don’t shoot but just skate full speed into him, goal goes five hole and goalie gets pushed back just from the momentum of him skating. I had a guy do it twice and it was like that’s all he was trying to do until I just started leveling him at the hash marks.
This is apparently a good goal.
We can't really tell from the clip though whether the game actually counted it or not.
It's a teammate of mine scoring. Take my word for it, it counted.

Why? What additional information does that add? I've posted videos here for years of goals, penalties, non-calls, etc and I've never needed the clip to continue past the incident to prove the call in the game went the way I said it did. What's different here? Regardless, it's a clip from a couple of months ago, I can't go back and get "proof".

Because, we won't know definitively. There's always going to be the possibility that it didn't count. We need to be sure. Just keep it in mind in the future.
