Community ManagerI never play goalie so I'm not really sure how much of an impact a 4th ability would have. Personally, I'd rather just see the existing issues with goalies get resolved. As long as a 4th ability wouldn't make goalies OP somehow, it seems like it could be a good addition. This is pure speculation though. The best I can do is pass on your feedback.
