That's kind of the point I was making - a league like LG is only slightly different than drop-ins. Anonymous randoms for the most part who will be blamed for everything if they're not part of the in-crowd on their team.
Having a consistent team year over year builds relationships and if you have a good crew, people take responsibilities for their mistakes rather than try place blame elsewhere. Not to mention doing so is the only way to actually get any better.
