Simple solution to make this game better

Get rid of X-factors, get rid of full pressure garbage and get rid of premade builds, get rid of the hip check button, make skill a thing for once instead of this dumbed down approach that has made this game unbearable to play. Clubs/drop-ins all of it is terrible and just expoiter/glitchers who run rampant and ruin the experience for everyone. I dont want to learn how to defend glitching/exploiting moves i want a game that actually plays like hockey and resembles the game of HOCKEY not fortnite on ice. It's a flippin disgrace to hockey fans across the globe to play this game! /End rant

Hi there. Thanks for the feedback.

What issues do you have with pre-made builds?

I agree with you on the hipcheck button. Would love to see that removed. Regardless, it doesn't make the game unbearable as players that are only focused on hipchecking typically aren't too difficult to beat.

This game can very much play like real hockey. People choose to play it otherwise. We can't really force everyone to play the same way. No matter the game, there are going to be those looking to exploit it. Hopefully, we'll cut down on that in the future, but I imagine it'll always be an issue.

Been playing this game online for a long time, never has it ever been as bad as it is now for exploiting and glitching goals, X-factors that negate your ability to poke check or hit anyone, I do agree tho that even tho i hate hipchecks they are easily avoidable but it just makes the game look like trash when everyone is running around with their butts out trying to hip check everyone. Pre-made builds are just over powered in many ways and take away from having to actually build your own build from scratch, again dumbing the game down is not a good thing, this game is catering to the people with no skill or any hockey knowledge and makes people who actually want a genuine experience just not want to play anymore. I play RD and i am a good defender but the game mechanics are so broken and clunky its extremely hard to play the game hockey is made to play, no board plays no nothing, just straight line to the net wiggle your stick a few times and presto a crappy goal is scored cause your goalie is out to lunch on most shots (specially blocker side). I wish it was like old school EASHL where you had a build you built, and each season you could drop some extra points like we do now into our builds, would make the game alot more enjoyable in many ways shrugs again sorry for the rant but i dont even want to play clubs anymore and drops ins are not even worth getting into a match. Next year is the first year i wont be actually buying this game which i should of done awhile ago but that is my own fault for thinking this game will get better when in fact its going in reverse and becoming worst ever single year. :)

It would help to get some video of the issues you're reporting. If you can do that, please put them somewhere they can be streamed and respond with a link.

There are no XFs that negate poke checking so it would be good to get a video showing what you're experiencing.

So far, I have not gone up against a pre-made build that can't be defended against. Which do you feel are overpowered? Regardless of how good those builds are, they don't mean anything in the hands of an unskilled player. They aren't going to make up for that.

What mechanics are broken or clunky? Again, video would be very useful to understand what you're having an issue with.

If you're letting someone wiggle their way to a dangerous scoring position, that sounds more like a lack of defense. A good defender is going to anticipate their movements and not let them get by. I'm not saying you're going to stop 100% of these, but they are very defendable.

It's unfortunate to hear how unhappy you are with the game. Hopefully, we'll see you back on the ice in the future. Thanks so much for all the input.
