    To share clips from the PlayStation app, open the app, navigate to "Captures," select the desired clip, and then choose "Share" to send it to a party, download it, or share it via another supported app (such as YouTube)

Last update on this, I did try to see this in instant replay when pausing the game, it does not show up in this view. Just wanted to add this  tidbit in there - thx!
