Unfortunately, it's not possible to delete them. I'm not sure why we never had that ability. All you can do overwrite them with the same name.
Yes it’s unfortunate we don’t have the ability to delete them but I would be ok if we could rename them which is the case until you reach the maximum then you can only replace them and not be able to rename them!
