Typical EA, I think they will use the cone of silence technique here. This silence means of course that the game was broken by the last update, but through terrible project management and sub par devs they will leave it for what it is. 

The profits at EA are dwindling and they have a CEO who is delusional, so expect some reorganisations to happen in the near future. Maybe more of the accountants can be involved in the development process… that has been working out so well.
