Spectator mode

I'd take this a whole lot further.

Drop in is just that.. drop in. When searching for a drop lobby it can place you in an ongoing game or a new lobby. Clubs can watch drop games and invite players to their club. You recieve no CR, stats, or rewards for drop in. You can only search with a maximum of 1 other friend when playing drop in.

The game has open audio for all teams and gm's/ recruiters that are spectating. Give players as many tools as possible to promote club play. 

Have a page that is dedicated to recruiting for GM's and Recruiters. This page will have a list of potential candidates. It will have their positions, stats, server, times they are most active (a player can modify this bio) however. This page will also have a tab that lists ongoing drop in games. You can filter these drop in games to show only games with goalies, or only games with targeted players, or only games with players who have applied for your club. 

Free agents could spectate club games and petition for a try out. This mode would obviously not have open audio,  but you could send a message to the club that you're interested.

Free agents looking for a club could filter club games by division, teams lacking a particular position, etc.

They likely need to fix matchmaking too (for club.) Teams that are inexperienced/ just bonding should be facing teams in the same tier so they're having fun,  learning,  and improving.  This will also incentivise teams to club up. Too often we see teams struggle to find wins so they're running off to drop in with 4-6 friends for easy wins.. this should not be rewarded but perhaps with better matchmaking they wouldn't even want to?
