Still saving issues

Post patch I'm finding that there are still issues with saving,  on main screen under rules you set up your profile and i have penalties changed to 4 and post whistle to authentic,  when I quit the game and come back to it another  day penalties have reverted to 3 and post game to relaxed or anything does.
