It’s been a couple years since then, are there any plans to implement it soon? With be a pro and franchise recently getting overhauled, i would hope more customization would be coming. Could we expect it in a roster update this year or in NHL 27/28?

I really don't know if there will be a team builder or not. Most likely, there are bigger priorities currently, but you never know. We'll make an announcement if it happens.
