Why not in club games? It would be more appropriate for club games since its your club members joining/leaving the game and not randoms, If my club is in a match why shouldn't I be able to join mid-game? Is it a competitive disadvantage type of thing? Just curious your stance is all :) Thanks for the input
In real hockey, you have a set roster. With the exception of an emergency backup goalie, you can't just bring anyone into a game. Yes, I realize drop-in players can join a club. However, you're on the roster from the start of the game. I don't think it would be too fair to just have whoever you want jump in and out. Not to mention, this would most likely cause a desync. Personally, I'd be pretty irked if we were going up against a club that was swapping in players. You should start and finish the game with the same people. Obviously, disconnects happen and I'm ok with a computer player taking over. I wouldn't mind if someone that disconnected was able to rejoin the same game in progress at a stoppage though.

I agree with all your points and never looked at it that way, thanks for the input :) I do agree with your last post tho about if someone got disconnected during a game being able to rejoin would be a welcomed addition but agree that it would be a competitive problem otherwise :)
