Unjust Permanent Ban / Suspension Process Needs Reworked
Used NHL player names for my HUT team name and now my account has a permanent ban. (Had to make a new one just to post this.) No curse words, nothing. How is this justifiable after I've payed full price for this game!? Since purchasing, I've had the same HUT name and have grinded hundreds of hours in your micro transaction mess of a mode. Love how this happens same day I finally get TOTY Ult Mackinnon slotted in my lineup.
You slap your most loyal players right in the face constantly!
Your account suspension process SEVERLY needs an overhaul. This is simply ridiculous!
If this is how the foreseeable state of EA is going to be, you deserve to go down the same drain as Ubisoft.
