Update on failed to retrieve data/game config error

Question

Hello, everyone. There are many of you receiving failed to retrieve data or game configuration errors in WoC. Some are also seeing it outside of WoC. We believe we have a fix for this. However, it's planned to be included in the January update. In the meantime, I recommend playing on a different account. I absolutely understand how frustrating this is. If we find any other resolutions in the meantime, I'll provide an update.

If you have a fix why on earth would you wait month to deploy it? It makes no sense to play on a different account that long and then come back to the other account.

Plenty of people probably just give up on the game. Way to treat your customers. This isn't a beta test this is game that cost the same as AAA title.

And are we getting anything in return for waiting cause I didn't pay for a game i can't play cause it's in every mode for me
