Very slow skating in WOC

I have noticed that 25 is much slower skating than 24. It feels like you are skating in sand. But here's my question to anyone who may have noticed this,  or can try it and let me know if it's the same for you.

When I go into loadouts, then free skate, the first loadout that I try, will skate realy fast, then if i leave free skate, select a different loadout, go back into free skate, this loadout, and everyone after that is super slow. 

If I exit WOC, then go back into WOC, then freeskate, the process repeats itself, first loadout will be very fast skating, but any other loadout will be dramatically slower. The slower skating in free skate, is exactly how slow my player is in games. Just strange that the first loadout in free skate skates really fast.

Please let me know if this is the same for you guy's, or is something seriously wrong with my game.

P.s. I'm not new to the nhl games,  as I have been playing them since NHL 11
