Community ManagerHello. Does an error message ever come up or does it just stay frozen?
I don't get an error message, no. Just stay frozen. The other people in my cabin can then carry on playing without any problems. I can only select End Game and a report is sent. Done.
Then I restart and can start the next game until the error occurs again in the same form.
I have already tried deleting the cache, rebuilding the database, and reinstalling the game (safe mode). Nothing helps.- EA_Aljo
Just to further rule out any connection issues, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
