What's wrong with this game?

In Chell, you have to play the division promotion games practically always cheesy and without player abilities. Before the game EA show ping for example, 20ms, in reality it feels like I'm playing 120ms or even more. The puck keeps bouncing miraculously towards the opponent. Even your goalie can make own goal! Goalie percentage is around 50% against opponent >90%

Tried rebooting PS5 and router. No effect. The funniest thing about this is that after the Division raise games you get your player abilities back. again

Is there an engine developed for the game that works like this? Must be something going on because this is always like that. Somehow it feels like it would be too coincidental to always end up in these DIV finals games
