I was playing with a two way forward (default build) in club online game WOC and i did notice differense on speed and overall success between normal and aggressive offense/defense pressures (team tactics). Could someone clear my head explain me is this true or not?
No. Strategies help control how the AI are playing. We can't force humans to play according to the strategies they set.

It may not be the skating speed but it is somehow effecting players reactions, like is it connected with awarness ratings or something, wich leads into a feeling of faster skating. Or is it even like that?
Community ManagerStrategies aren't connected to player ratings. They mainly affect positioning. Strategies also affect how aggressive your team plays. They don't slow down your players. Without video, we really can't see what is causing the slowness.
Same issue was presented last year regarding the AI over exceeding the speed of another player with a higher speed rating. Video was asked for. The player submitted it. An true to form. The allegation bore truth. Aljo, at the time did agree with the finding and was presenting it to the developers for explanation. Nothing came of it. Since its still in effect in 25.
So does that mean that the different strategies also has an effect on USER controlled player and not only AI, for example postioning as you said?
