Why won't clubs pass to new guys I'm c and play awesome

I love hockey and I'm good but when I drop in or add to a club they never support me or pass........ it makes my stats look bad even though I have more hits more take aways better passes and plays ughhhh please I wanna play the game besides offline.

Also if I have big tipper every one passes instead of shoot the puck and that never works cus I'm standing still

I need to find serious selfless team players I'm so tired and sad about playing amazing and getting sabotaged by greedy kids and or selfish players
