World of Chel 6v6: Cross-Platform Error Kicking Me Out Before Puck Drop

As a NHL 25 regular who only plays World of Chel 6v6 with my friends, but I’ve been unable to get into a game with them recently. Right before puck drop, I get hit with an error code and get kicked out of the game. All my friends are on Xbox, and I’m the only one on PlayStation, but this has never been an issue before. I’ve tried troubleshooting—resetting my console, checking my connection, and reinstalling the game—but nothing works. If anyone from EA could help me resolve this, I’d greatly appreciate it!
