I have been trying to find a Drop in Game of 6's in CHEL for one and a half hours to no avail.
Immediately I find teammates, sometimes 2, sometimes 3, sometimes even a full team of teammates, but simply no opponent.
EA, if you can't see that your matchmaking process is broken, I don't know what else I can say it. I've already asked politely if you can fix it, but no, i's impossible to play one game of CHEL.
I finally got into a game, but then the servers crashed, in the middle of the game. So frustrating!
I give up. I was able to play a 3's game. But it's been another 30 minutes trying to find another 6's game, to no avail.

Yes, the timer resets, goes back to search for teammates (even though we might have a full squad) and then search for opponents. Rinse and repeat. Never getting us into a game. It's the same today. Full squad, six unknowns already in the lobby just unable to play a match because your stupid matchmaking process just will never find an opponent team to play against.
The match making has been the worst I’ve seen it in the past several years.
Especially last night and the night before. 6v6 EASHL games. Didn’t matter whose club we used. Reset lobbies … didn’t do anything. Spent more time searching than playing b

Just unable to play today. For 90 minutes I've tried 6's, I've tried 3's, and the matchmaking process just won't find me an opponent. PATHETIC!
Community ManagerI assume you're trying to play drop-in matches? Is crossplay enabled? What console are you on?
Aljo, we are fully aware of the proper settings to use when searching. I can promise you it is of no fault to the user. On a daily basis I average an hour between games, due to searching, resetting lobby, restarting game, etc. It has gotten to the point where it’s hardly enjoyable. The one thing I was excited about with EA only releasing 25 to new gen was that you would combine 2 populations, and the search times were going to be great. They are actually worse than 24…..with what I would assume is double the population….it seems to be something causing the lobby to glitch, because even during prime evening hours during club finals, I STILL can’t find a game
