Question

Chel needs to be fixed.match making is terrible, when I am playing with 3 people I am constantly going against 2 people and when I am playing with 2 people I always go against 3 and they are always max level while me and my teammates are not even prestige one yet. We constantly get killed and don’t stand a chance when they have 3 guys and we only have 2&nbsp;not only is the match making bad but the puck keeps going through my goalie and throw his pads, he is the worst goalie ever sometimes and then is the best. He is so inconsistent and this needs to be fixed.&nbsp;

Hi there. Unfortunately, we don't have ranks included in matchmaking. This is something the community has been very vocal about. The team is aware of that feedback.

As far as the puck going through the goalie's pads goes, can you get a video of this? Please publish it through your console or put it up on YouTube and respond with a link. Thanks!

Yeah, when the game first came out my club was only matching purples and elites. After about a month I came up with the idea of changing our location. We were set to North east USA I believe and changed it to western or something like that and we have been getting more reasonable matches. Mind you. We are lucky to make it to plat 2 but we were silvers matching elites constantly. We get matched against elites maybe every 20 games whereas it was about 17/20 were against elites and the other 3 were purples
