Why can't they fix match making?
Match making used to work. You used to be able to find a game but now you can search for an hour and not find a game. It is impossible not to think this is intentional.

Community ManagerThis is not intentional. It really makes no sense for us to purposely cause you to not find matches. Obviously, matchmaking needs to be improved. It's something we are very well aware of.
Can you be more detailed with what is happening? Are you having trouble finding 6s opponents or is it less? Are you not able to match goalies? Please let me know how many players are in your lobby and how long it's taking to find matches.
We play 6's in our club with no goalie, and it is taking over an hour to find a game in club finals. 90 minutes tonight in round 4 with no games played. 2 PS5 players and 3 Xbox.
You need to get rid of all the nonsense 3vs3, ones, etc. modes and drop in modes. Just throw all drop in players into the 6vs6 bucket.
Primetime 6 to 9PM EST on a Saturday night and nothing.
you need a hobby for when you are playing/not playing this game. i recommend baking or perhaps needle point.
Speaking for myself, since the beginning of playoffs we were able to find games, not always good matchups, we are all Elite ranked and we matchup with silvers for example. But since we are in round 4 we just can’t find any games, we tried to join a public team to play in and we were finding matchups in less than a minute. We even tought that maybe our team is broken 😁. We play only 6 vs 6 match’s. Anyway for the past 3 days we have to go in other teams to be able to find any matchups. It’s really annoying and if that matchmaking algorithm can’t be fixed, I think you will lose a lot of players. Still the gameplay is good this year!
Sure we are in the 3round of playoffs. Got 2games in 3hrs!. Took us 2days to find a game earlier in week when we were in 4th round this is beyond ridiculous
