83 TB card missing

Hey EA_Aljo,

I bought two of the 3x 83ovr TB packs.  When I went to apply them to an 86ovr TB set, it only populated 5x 83s.

I checked the collection, it's not there.

Followed the help ea chat bot's recommendation and checked the inbox, nothing
Restarted the game, still nothing

Can you help?

I'm positive I didn't delete it because I used the quick menu "sent all to collection" option

I don't always take pictures of my pack openings and I opened the pack so quickly that I don't recall who's missing.  Attached are the 5 I was able to apply to the 86ovr set
