Anyone else have problems with player switching?

Hi there. Are you saying you're not buying the game because it took awhile to get used to passing and you're having trouble staying connected? Passing is a skill that should develop over time. If you're frequently disconnecting, we can try going through some troubleshooting to see if that improves your connection.

I see the response from everyone on this matter, but has anyone ever had that work for them and NEVER give the players a different result? Unless I am using Icon Passing (and this feature is FAR from 100% when used) most of the passes I attempt are epic failures as my regular Pass Percent is under 60% every single game but the AI is more often than not 95% or better. This is the first NHL game that I have yet to honestly enjoy. That's the thing about copy &  pasting code IMHO.

When I FIRST started NHL 25 as a trial NOT A SINGLE PLAYER, human OR AI could receive a pass or even get possession of the puck PERIOD!!!! It literally took me a couple of weeks before I was able to figure out what the issue was. After changing a few sliders I was able to use the game but due to this and other issues I have come across I never played a mode other than the HUT Mode. And if I get disconnected from the server I am IMMEDIATELY kicked out & given a loss to my record. I've never lost a game when playing the AI so this happening is a huge source of frustration when I am playing with the AI only for this to tarnish my stats. This is yet another reason why I am not buying this franchise in the near future which I think is a sad result when you factor in that I've owned EVERY SINGLE EA NHL Release since 1991 and it is going to end. Maybe the BOSSES will have an epiphany and actually do something positive about it. I'm not gonna hold my breath.

Hold in R2 and then aim and release R2 to pass.

I am aiming then hitting R2. Is that wrong? 

This is actually one of the commands that are correct in the Controller Settings section of Settings find Defense Controls and you can see the different ways to get the results you're looking for. HTH 

Hi there. You should be able to aim at the player you want to switch. Are you holding in RT/R2 and then aiming?
