How do we find information on user names in rivals to report cheaters, in game I was up 3-0 my player glitched, my L trigger for speed boost on Xbox was cut off from using. This is not the first time it’s happened to me, in the 3 rd period the guy came back scoring unbelievable ways, I could not even move my player like how I was playing earlier. Please EA solve these cheaters or I’m ending EA purchases over a 25 year run, I’m done with the game it’s so unfair.
Community ManagerHi there. There's no way for someone else to prevent your left trigger from being used. It's possible this is related to your controller. Can you try a different one? Also, make sure the firmware is up to date.
Firm ware are always, up to date and brand new controllers 2 just before Christmas, Xbox series 2 controller and standard wireless, sometimes I button map the left joystick speed boost on the series 2 controller to reduce the tension in my thumb playing with arthritis. Noticed certain individual players i wrote there team names down it happens with, I’d like to find there profile name

Hello he’s telling you the truth ever since you let cross play with PC players there is lag switching in game they can even crash you out of the game your winning EA turn off cross playing Us PS and Xbox don’t need PC cheaters and hackers in our game. If you want to play PC then play PC hockey did you not see COD now let’s you turn off cross play why because PC players can hack and use things EA has not anti cheat in place can you detect the Zene EA
As long as there is cross play to PC players that = Cheaters Dose EA have anti cheat unlikely nope probably can’t even detect then Zen cheaters anything that is not you playing is cheating with modes or Zen it’s great how the world thinks cheating is Kool.

I just played another hut champs game, I’m sure you guys have archive of all games, I just went up 1 - 0 shutting someone down the most of the game they couldn’t score on my defensive skills, as soon as the last 10 min of the 3rd were left my speed boost would all of a sudden glitch the guy to not move or stop in his track while hitting speed boost, I had my chance to counter and every time I did it cut it off, honestly this is a hunk of junk, this is why ppl don’t want to play competitive or online anymore.
